In case the model is not the one that you acquired, it should NOT be opened the packaging and must report within the next 24 hours of the package arrived. Under no circumstances will a product be returned if the box or seals were broken.
The customer pays the cost of return freight in all cases.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded under any circumstances.

All orders are subject to a processing time of up to 2 days from Monday to Friday. If you request the shipment to alternate addresses your shipment may last an extra day for the purpose of verifying the address.
For orders paid by credit card, PayPal or any other payment service provider, KSD America can request documentation to verify your identity and address.
KSD America does not process orders or ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
In some promotional items there will be limits on quantities.

For shipping outside the Mexican Republic, the import taxes in the country of destination, are by responsibility of the customer.
All orders on request have an estimated time of 4 to 6 weeks.
Any order that can not be delivered within 6 weeks will be automatically canceled.
Manufacturers may at any time decide not to stock an ordered product on request.
The prices of all products ordered on order are estimated, if at the time the product is supplied its price is higher than estimated, the customer must pay the difference to release the order. If the price is less than estimated, the difference will remain as a balance in favor of the customer.

Important:
KSD financing is applicable exclusively to KSD branded products. The products of other brands will have to be totally liquidated before their respective installation to the client.
The customer becomes the owner of the hardware and software when completing the contracted monthly payments or when fulfilling the cash payment.
* Remote emergency technical support free of charge and life for own fault of the system (does not include re-schedules, device configurations and / or device, technical visits, or additional training or implementations, these cases will generate additional charges as required).

The guarantee of the software made to measure is 30 days counted from the day of the installation to make possible changes of programming or implementations.
Direct warranty is granted by default of manufacture, according to specification in each product, by all equipment with KSD brand.
The monthly payments must be paid between the 1st and 5th day of each month. The fee equivalent to 4% of the value of the monthly payment per month will be applied to all monthly payments paid after the 5th of each month.
In the event of a delayed payment an additional charge will be applied equivalent to the 4%/month.
It is possible to make capital contribution to decrease the value of the monthly or the number of monthly payments. In this case they will be granted a discount of 5% on all the advance payments.
All terms and conditions are understood to be accepted in all their parts at the time of receiving the first payment corresponding to the form of investment chosen by the customer or if the customer sends confirmation of purchase by email.
Equipment, consumables and third-party software listed are suggested. The customer can quote the same equipment on his own without any inconvenience. This includes unit prices in the quotation. It is also possible for the customer to use other equipment or software of his choice instead of the ones quoted, in which case we suggest that you consult with KSD America personnel, the specifications that are considered necessary.
For equipment purchased with other non-KSD suppliers, KSD does not guarantee them to operate properly.
Quotations include basic training necessary for operation for both servers and managers. If special training is required so that they can handle the system in greater depth, it will be quoted later if necessary.
Payment by credit or debit card generates a charge of 3.2% of the total.
Free KSD emergency call service for all KSD customers 365 days a year (due to system failures) by sending an email to support@ksd.mx indicating your telephone number so that you can call back and respond to your needs (average waiting time of 30 minutes).
For programming, various configurations, training and other questions, please contact us from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We remind you that programming, various configurations, technical visits and additional training can cause you an extra cost not included in the initial contracting of your KSD system.
The accuracy of the sales prices of the products, are under the complete responsibility of the client disclaiming any responsibility of KSD America.

Updates to the KSD software are free (usually attributable to tax updates and are not programming or changes to the system) except for the client who is not up to date with the payment of their KSD invoices on the update dates (whether purchase invoices, remote technical support or any additional service). In this case the update will carry a cost equal to the value of the invoices pending payment plus 10%.
The prices are established in National Currency and must be added the corresponding VAT at the time of invoicing
To initiate the configuration, it is necessary to formalize the Order / Contract, by means of the corresponding signature, or confirmation by e-mail, as well as the cash payment of 100% of the applicable advance (if not granted different deals).
The delivery time of the custom software is 7/21 days from the first advance payment payment requested (as long as the customer provides all the product information in time).
Offers and promotions not cumulative.
Upon the occurrence of 3 unpaid payments of the contracted payments by the customer, the customer agrees to forfeit all rights for the payments made so far and authorizes KSD America to immediately withdraw all the material installed on the basis of this quote, as well like all licenses without refunding any amount of money.
